Terms of Service
By completing your payment, you agree to these Terms of Service for AIM products, including AI Care Manager or AIM Full Stack.
1) Contract Type
Monthly Plan
- Rolling monthly contract.
- 60 days' written notice to cancel (email care@weaim.io).
- Charges continue during the notice period.
Annual Plan
- Paid upfront for 12 months.
- 30-day cooling-off: full refund if cancelled within the first 30 days.
- After 30 days: non-refundable and non-cancellable until term end.
2) Pricing & Adjustments
Your current agreed price stays fixed for this term.
Prices may change on future renewals or if you:
- add users/staff,
- request custom features/services, or
- materially change usage/scope.
We'll provide written notice before any adjustment takes effect.
3) Future Pricing
AIM may review/update pricing periodically.
New pricing applies only to new agreements or renewals unless you change scope as above.
4) Service Use & IP
Software provided on a SaaS basis "as is."
Software IP remains with AIM.
You own your data; AIM may use anonymised data to improve services.
5) Policies & Procedures (if purchased)
Template Source:
Policies & procedures documents may be prepared by independent contractors.
No AIM Liability:
AIM does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of third-party/contractor documents and is not liable for their content or for your use of them (to the maximum extent permitted by law).
Your Responsibility:
Templates are editable by you by design. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring they meet your operational needs and all applicable laws/regulatory standards (e.g., CQC or other regulators).
No Legal Advice:
These documents are templates only and not legal advice. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional before implementation.
Third-Party Responsibility:
Any warranties, representations, or liabilities relating to the content of such documents rest with the original provider/author.
6) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
AIM's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to AIM in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AIM harmless from claims, losses, or penalties arising out of your edits, implementation, or use of templates/documents and your non-compliance with applicable laws/regulations.
8) Breach / Non-Payment
AIM may suspend access if payment is overdue by 30+ days or if you materially breach these terms.
9) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
