What Is Care Planning Software?

A care plan sets out the support a person needs, how they want it given, and the risks to manage. In home care it guides every carer who walks through the door. Care planning software keeps that plan as a digital record instead of a paper folder in the client's home.

With digital care plans, the office and the carers work from the same record. Each version is kept with its e-signature, so you can show what the plan said and when it changed.

How Care Planning Works in Aim
