Pricing questions
Is there a minimum number of staff?
Yes, plans start at 10 active staff. Active staff means anyone working 16 or more hours a week, including care workers, nurses and office staff, full or part time.
How are bank and relief staff charged?
Anyone working under 16 hours a week, such as bank or relief staff, is £5 + VAT per month on AIM Care Manager or AIM Business Suite. Once someone works more than 16 hours a week, they count as active staff at the full per-staff price.
How long is the contract?
Plans have a minimum 12-month commitment, with a 30-day satisfaction window on both monthly and annual plans: if AIM isn't right for you, cancel within your first 30 days. Pay annually and your first 3 months are on us.
How will AI credits work?
AIM Assist is included today. Usage-based credits for AIM Agents, Sentinel and Voice AI are coming. You will see your usage, set caps, and we will confirm rates before anything changes.
Do you charge for setup or migration?
Yes, a one-off fee. New to care software: Setup £250 + VAT on AIM Care Manager, or £500 + VAT on AIM Business Suite. Switching from another system: Standard migration £950 + VAT, or Full £1,950 + VAT including document uploads, HR setup, up to 12 months of history and a free office visit on request. Moving from another UK care system? Your first 3 months are free.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No, all prices are shown excluding VAT.
Can we start on AIM Care Manager and upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to the Business Suite at any time and keep all your data.
