Is Aim Cyber Essentials Plus certified?
Yes. Aim Automations Ltd holds Cyber Essentials Plus for the whole organisation, independently audited by Cyber Shelter and certified by IASME on 21 October 2026. Verify the certificate on the IASME registry.
Does AIM work with the CQC and other regulators?
Yes. Regulators don't approve software, but AIM is built around what they inspect. In England, that's the CQC's five key questions, Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led, and AIM keeps pace with the CQC's new adult social care framework as it rolls out. It also works for agencies regulated by the Care Inspectorate in Scotland, Care Inspectorate Wales and the RQIA in Northern Ireland. Every CQC inspection of an agency using AIM has so far resulted in an Outstanding rating.
Do you sign a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. A UK GDPR Data Processing Agreement is included with every plan.
Can families see everything?
No. Family access is invite-only and limited to what you choose to share for their relative.
Can AI agents change records on their own?
AIM Agents work on their own, inside the rules and instructions you set. AIM Assist is the one that asks for your approval. Both are built only for home care, so on most tasks they are faster and more accurate than doing it by hand. Every action is logged.
